Shipping policy

Every LovEmbrace piece is made to order, so we take a little time to get it right before it leaves us.

Processing Time
Standard pieces are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. For personalized or engraved orders, please allow 2-3 days after your purchase. Your engraving is done by hand, and it's worth the wait.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6–8 business days worldwide. In some cases, particularly for more remote destinations or where customs is involved, delivery can take up to 21 days. We choose the fastest available carrier for your location, so you'll see your exact shipping option and estimated delivery date at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll either resend it at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
