Thank you for shopping with LovEmbrace Jewelry. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

For our non-customizable products, we have one day processing time (except for orders on Saturday, which is two). For orders that are custom, such as engravable jewelry, please allow two to three days to process and engrave your order. 

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, your order will be sent out using a variety of shipment providers dependant on what provider will have the fastest shipping time. Below is our shipping option (which is displayed at checkout)

• Priority Mail 6-10 Business Days (Insured)

 

Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, international transit issues, or other global shipping conditions. In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 days.

If your order has not arrived within 21 days from the shipping date, please contact us — we’ll be happy to resend your package at no additional cost. Or, you can choose to ask for a full refund due to the delay in the order.
